Flat $2.99 shipping fee on all orders
No hidden handling, packaging, or fulfillment charges
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Greenviveus® ships through a global fulfillment network. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination:

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking Updates
Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to appear after shipment.
International tracking may not update daily. This is normal and does not mean there is an issue with your order.
Your order is moving through the logistics network and is on its way to you.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders are shipped under DDU — Delivered Duty Unpaid terms.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Greenviveus® is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
To ensure accurate and timely fulfillment, orders begin processing shortly after placement.
Requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order enters processing, it cannot be modified or canceled.
If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.
6. Lost or Damaged Orders
Your satisfaction matters to us.
Damaged Items
If your Greenviveus® product arrives damaged, please email clear photos of the damaged item and packaging to our support team within 72 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement when applicable.
Lost Packages
If the carrier confirms that your order has been lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
